Siniestro was born into a small village, nestled in the mountains of Sinaloa.
As with many who share his circumstances, choices were limited. And as a young boy, he was forced to begin working for the Cartel.
After years of doing grunt work and labor, Siniestro was tasked with his first 'hit'. He had found his calling and it wasn't long before he had climbed the ladder and became the right hand of Patron.

The arena lights cut to pitch black. A heavy, rhythmic heartbeat begins, followed by the gentle rhythms of a mariachi band. The band continues and echos throughout the arena.
Suddenly, blinding crimson spotlights pierce the darkness, flashing like a crime scene.
Out steps Siniestro. Draped over his shoulders is a tactical vest styled like a traditional Mexican poncho. He walks down the ramp with a slow, cold, and predatory stride, completely ignoring the crowd. He does not play to the fans; he stares directly at the ring like a hitman locking onto his target.
As he steps onto the apron, the music stops dead. He enters the ring through the ropes, stands in the center under a single white spotlight, and slowly slides his thumb across his throat.
